About the plan

The Plan has changed because it wouldn't fit with the stormwater in the backyard, we had to alter the house so it was easier just to flip the plan, I will post the new one when I can get it off DH who carries it around everywhere with him.

We have dirt, yes lots of red dusty dirt...

It's plain, it's red, it's dusty, it's flat but it's ours.

Here are some pictures of our block, DH wanted to check the levels for cut and fill.

The trees in the background are a nature reserve so we will have them to look at.

Some Colour Selections

We have made some colour selections and I was hoping for some opinions and thoughts on our choices.

For all tiles areas other than wet areas we have chosen this tile

It’s a 450x450mm full gloss tile very hard to get the colours correct in the picture but is greyish with touches of beige and dark brown in it.

Rough Plan

My first post.....

Well we don't actually own the block of land yet but should by the middle of May. Currently we are staying with a wonderful friend. We think we have chosen the builder and settled on a plan but can't make any firm decision until we own the land. My head is spinning with colours for the house, but will end up being some sort of beige...(just don't tell my sister, she thinks I am so boring).
